- Giora Manor (Israel) - is a professional producer, working in Tel Aviv theatres. He is a Cofounder of the "Israel Dance" magazine, and he is a Director of the Israeli Dance Library,
- Ewa Michnik (Poland) - the Director of Opera Dolnoslaska in Wroclaw,
- Marc Nouschi (France) - the Director of French Institute in Warsaw,
- Halina Pacwa (Poland) - the Chairperson of the Polish-Japanese Society Headquarters,
- Anna Piocha-Bucior (Poland) - the Manager of Mayor's office in Gdynia,
- Adrianna Poniecka-Piekutowska (Poland) - Polish Ministry of Culture Director of Art and Artistic Promotion Department,

- His Excellency Mr. Mats Staffansson (Sweden) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Embassy of Sweden in Warsaw,
- Alla Rubina (Ukraine) - Honored Artist of Ukraine, choreographer. She was awarded "Hollywood Star" (Los Angeles, USA) in 1995. She obtained more than 30 different awards in international competitions,
- Larisa Simakovich (Belarus) - contemporary Belarusian composer, the Director of Folk Theatre "Gostsitsa" belonging to the National Belarusian TV in Minsk; a composer of soundtracks and many compositions for symphonic orchestra. She co-operates with National Philharmonic in Minsk,
- Krystyna Weiss (Poland) - journalist, former editor-in-chief of "Kurier Gdynski",
